{"id":23946,"date":"2023-01-19T09:21:46","date_gmt":"2023-01-19T09:21:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/medicine.uodiyala.edu.iq\/home\/?page_id=23946"},"modified":"2023-01-19T09:21:48","modified_gmt":"2023-01-19T09:21:48","slug":"division-of-studies-planning-and-follow-up","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/medicine.uodiyala.edu.iq\/home\/division-of-studies-planning-and-follow-up\/","title":{"rendered":"Division of Studies, Planning and Follow-up|"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p style=\"font-size:20px\"><strong>Division of Studies, Planning and Follow-up|<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Studies, Planning and Follow-up Division carries out the following tasks, as it is considered one of the important units in the college:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparing studies on the development of departments and branches for morning and evening studies.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>University calendar.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conducting studies and research on various topics related to the colleges.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Studying the proposals submitted by the colleges and everything related to student affairs, such as attendance, academic subjects, and tuition fees.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Expressing an opinion on what is contained in the college councils\u2019 minutes regarding issues pertaining to the department.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Providing the Ministry with statistical positions represented in (university statistics &#8211; statistics of graduating students &#8211; annual report &#8211; scientific plan &#8211; reports of the reality and movement of employment for employees and teachers &#8211; a database of teachers leaving work and new hires).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparing the admission plan for the next year of the college.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparing and updating the database of college students.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Follow up on everything related to top students, whether at the university level or at the college level.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Follow up the curricula and the changes that occur there.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;Preparing monthly reports related to changes in the teaching staff and sending them to the Ministry on a monthly basis.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Miscellaneous duties and works and according to work requirements.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Division Staff:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ass.
