Diyala College of Medicine launches the Social Solidarity Program to distribute Ramadan baskets to internal department students

Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Medicine, Diyala, Professor Dr. Ismail Ibrahim Latif, and within the framework of its continuous efforts to support its students and enhance the spirit of cooperation and social solidarity, the College of Medicine at the University of Diyala, under the supervision of the Head of the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit, Assistant Professor Duraid Hamid Abdul-Kazem, and the faculty and staff of the college, distributed Ramadan baskets to internal department students. This program comes as part of the social initiatives that aim to help students meet their needs during the holy month.
In a statement, the Dean stressed that this program reflects the college’s commitment to providing support and care for its students, especially in this blessed month. We believe in the importance of community communication and supporting each other in times of need, and we strive to provide everything that can contribute to improving their academic and living conditions, thanking all participants from professors and employees for their material and moral support, which reflects the values of giving and solidarity in our academic community.
The Assistant Dean of Administration, Prof. Dr. Amer Dawood Majeed Al-Doktar, added that distributing Ramadan baskets aims to ease the burden on students, which reflects the noble values that we are keen to instill in their souls, as we work to enhance the spirit of giving and solidarity among all members of the academic community. The college continues to implement several programs and initiatives that serve the interests of students and society, which enhances a positive and supportive educational environment.
