Diyala Medicine holds a scientific symposium on the effect of high temperature on the spread of skin diseases
The Faculty of Medicine at Diyala University held a scientific symposium on the effect of high temperature on the spread of skin diseases, in which Prof. Dr. Ismail Ibrahim Latif, Dean of the College, and Prof. Dr. Lama Taha Muhammad, lectured in the continuing education hall.
The symposium showed that skin diseases that have a fungal source affect the outer surfaces of the human body, and among these diseases are those that affect the skin and the lining of the skin, and these types of yeasts and molds.
The symposium emphasized that these diseases spread in hot areas with high moisture content, as well as in closed areas with poor ventilation, and cause inappropriate skin irritation, in addition to itching and unpleasant odor. We must stay away from the causes of skin diseases, such as poor ventilation and the use of third-party tools, in addition to sterilization, continuous hygiene and drying of the skin.
