The Dean of the College of Medicine, Diyala University, participates in the administrative leadership development course held at the Ministry of Planning

Within direct directives from the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, the National Center for Administrative Development and Information Technology at the Ministry of Planning organized a training course to develop the skills of administrative leaders, in which the Dean of the College of Medicine, University of Diyala, Professor Dr. Ismail Ibrahim Latif, participated with a number of assistants to university presidents, deans of colleges, assistant deans of colleges, and a number of leaders. Those holding the rank of general manager for the period from 11/12/16/2023
The course included a number of topics, including strategic administrative planning in leading institutions, the role of effective leadership in making the educational institution successful, and lectures on etiquette, statistical organization, and technical management. It covered, for example, the model of the appointment process by the Federal Service Council as a live experience on one of the modern electronic administrative planning processes.
For his part, the Dean of the College praised the management of the center and their interest in the senior administrative categories in colleges and universities and stressed the necessity of having such development courses that contribute to increasing the activities and capabilities of state institutions in general and educational institutions in particular.
