College of Medicine holds a scientific symposium entitled (Benefits of Renewable Energy for the Environment)
Under the auspices of the Dean of the college of Medicine, University of Diyala, Prof. Dr. Ismail Ibrahim Latif, the continuing education division held a scientific symposium entitled (The Benefits of Renewable Energy for the Environment) presented by Prof. Dr. Suad Muslih Al-Deen Abdul Majeed.
The speaker indicated that the energy is one of the vital issues on which the development of countries depends economically and socially, and one of the things that countries are racing to is to obtain clean energy at the lowest cost without causes emissions of harmful gases and air pollutants resulting from the use of fossil fuels such as coal, petroleum and other traditional sources.
The presenter seeks to use renewable energy sources resulting from natural resources that do not complete and are constantly renewed, such as wind, water, sun and geothermal resources, which are available in all parts of the world, in addition to rain, tides, plants, algae and groundwater it is called green energy.
