Diyala College of Medicine holds a training workshop on (Crisis Management Strategy)
Under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Medicine, Diyala, Professor Dr. Ismail Ibrahim Latif, the College of Medicine at the University of Diyala held a workshop on the crisis management strategy, in which the physicist, the oldest, Mohammed Wahib Abd, from the Physiology Department, lectured.
The workshop came with several axes. The first axis talked about the basics of crisis management, disaster assessment, the degree of exposure to it, and the relationship between disaster and development.
While the second axis was about potential solutions to eliminate or reduce the crisis situation, such as focusing on increasing the involvement of members in joint work to maintain positive cooperation, and focusing on the fraternal aspect.
As for the third axis, the mechanism of the problem was targeted and analyzed by defining the underlying causes and choosing the best solution, and developing an action plan to implement healthy solutions.
The workshop concluded with the fourth axis: which was about the good alternative and its specifications in terms of compatibility with the goals of the institution and its efficiency, organization in terms of time, speed of implementation and compliance with circumstances and achieving goals, gains, and reducing potential risks.
