Diyala College of Medicine Hosts University’s Online Exam on Administrative Skills

Under the patronage of the President of the University of Diyala, Professor Tahseen Hussein Mubarak, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Medicine, Professor Ismail Ibrahim Latif, the College of Medicine at the University of Diyala, in cooperation with the Center for Continuing Education, hosted an online exam for university departmental managers. This step reflects its commitment to developing administrative competencies. The exam focuses on vital administrative skills, including administrative correspondence, organizational structures, strategic planning, job descriptions, and feasibility studies, in addition to meeting management and process reengineering.
In a special statement, the Dean of the College praised the level of organization provided by the Deanship, emphasizing that all measures taken contributed to the success of the process and the positive interaction of participants. He also emphasized the importance of these skills in enhancing academic and administrative performance within the college and achieving the university’s strategic goals.
A large number of departmental managers participated in the exam, reflecting their commitment to continuous development and improving the level of administrative performance. This exam is part of a series of activities aimed at enhancing the capabilities of academic and administrative cadres at the university and achieving success and excellence in academic and administrative work.
