Diyala College of Medicine Delivers Ministerial Student Identity Cards (HEPIQ) to Students

Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Medicine, Professor Dr. Ismail Ibrahim Latif, a ceremony was held at the college to deliver ministerial student identity cards to students of all academic levels. The ceremony was held under the direct supervision of the Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs, Lecturer Mohammed Sabaa Jalub, and in the presence of several members of the Registration Department.
This step aims to unify the university identity within the framework of the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, enhance students’ academic affiliation, and facilitate their administrative procedures both inside and outside the university.
During the distribution process, the Assistant Dean emphasized that the college’s deanship is committed to providing all necessary services to ensure university students are served and keep pace with the requirements of administrative and technical modernization. He praised the efforts of the registration staff in organizing and delivering the cards with a high degree of smoothness.
The event concluded with an invitation to students to preserve their ministerial identity cards as an official document and a symbol of their affiliation with the University of Diyala and the College of Medicine in particular.
