Accounts Division|
The Accounts Division is one of the vital and important divisions, as it deals with all the financial affairs of the college due to the weight and burdens of the tasks entrusted to it.
Duties of the Accounts Division:
• Executing the federal budget in accordance with the approved allocations and fulfilling the needs of the college in the administrative and technical aspects and preparing the teaching requirements and everything related to it in various aspects.
• Creation and disbursement of associates’ salaries.
• Preparing monthly accounts and submitting them to the Finance Department at the beginning of each month. • Preparing and organizing the final accounts for the year ending on 31/12 of each year and submitting them to the Financial Affairs Department.
