Administrative Affairs Division|

The Department of Administrative Affairs is considered one of the vital and important departments in the college, as it has many tasks. The department answers mail and official correspondence received from the university presidency as well as other departments, in addition to issuing administrative orders for affiliates and granting them their annual allowances and promotions according to their age and merit. The department is also responsible for checking and arranging employee files, maintaining and maintaining them, as well as approaching the certificate-granting authorities to indicate the validity of its issuance through the university presidency.

The Administrative Affairs Department includes several units:

* Incoming and Outgoing Unit

* Personal Documents Unit

* Inquiries and Guards Unit

* Informatics Unit

* National Retirement Unit

* Human Resources Unit

Each person is responsible for one of these units and bears the responsibility Implementation in the unit and under the supervision of the Associate Dean for Administrative Affairs.
