The Scholarships and Cultural Relations Division carries out the following tasks, as it is considered one of the important units in the college:

The Division of Scholarships and Cultural Relations is one of the important divisions of the College of Medicine. It is administratively linked to the Office of the Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs. It is responsible for the college in developing cultural, scientific and academic exchange programs, in coordination with the Scholarships and Cultural Relations Department of the University, in addition to developing prospects for cooperation with other colleges in the university or outside it, as well as facilitating and organizing the participation of associates in International conferences, workshops, seminars, training courses and sending associates outside Iraq.

This division in the college, in coordination with the administration, follows up on scholarships outside the country to Arab and foreign countries, as well as generalizing the necessary conditions for the scholarship or fellowship to those countries, in cooperation with the university, according to the necessary instructions for that. Coordination and follow-up of the student’s disengagement and follow-up when he goes and returns to his mother’s college.
