Registration Division|  

The Registration Division in the college performs the following tasks:

Registering new students admitted to our college, organizing their files, and bringing documents that require their registration in the college.

Solving all problems related to students, especially transportation and hosting to and from our college.

Issuing announcements for them, especially their attendance at work or their absence from it, as well as exam dates and orders issued by the college.

Answering official letters received from the University Presidency.

Providing students with letters of support that support the continuity of students in the official working hours, or their success to the next stage, or their failure in the same stage.

Informing the students of the new instructions issued by the Ministry, as well as the university, as well as the decisions issued by the Scientific Clearing Committee regarding the limitation of the number of units by students transferred from other universities to us.

Providing students with university orders that support their graduation from the college, as well as the original documents that qualify them to practice their work in government departments.

Providing students with forms for internal departments to facilitate their enrollment in them, as well as sick forms for the purpose of treatment.

Organizing incoming and outgoing records of books issued by our college and received from the ministry, university, colleges or government departments.

Announcing the exam results for all stages and all roles.

Issuing students’ identities for all academic levels.
