Stores Unit|

The warehouse unit is one of the most important administrative units in the college and performs the following tasks:

• The stores unit in our college carries out a set of activities, foremost among which is the receipt of materials, such as the Purchasing Committee and the Maintenance Committee, as well as the Equipment Department / University Presidency.

• Making inventory entry receipts and sending copies of these receipts to the relevant authorities such as the Control and Audit Department – University, as required.

• Developing a plan for the purpose of distributing these materials, and the plan will be according to the directives of the Dean.
• Making our unit’s motto be the warehouse unit (working flexibly and smoothly).
