The College Of Medicine Holds A Scientific Workshop On Managing Examinations, Monitoring, And Examination Committees For New Faculties

The Continuing Education Division held the scientific workshop (Examination Management, Monitoring, and Examination Committees). The session was moderated by Professor Dr. Areej Attia Hussein, Head of the Examination Committees.
The workshop included details of the methods of administering exams and everything related to them, including preparing questions according to the laws and controls mentioned in Legislation No. 38 of 1992, approved on 1-1-1992, and the mechanism for withdrawing and saving questions. In addition, the monitoring mechanisms and the number of observers that must be available in each hall, according to the approved percentage, have also been discussed. The workshop also included explaining the duties assigned to the director of the examination hall and the observers from the first time the questions and examination books are received until they are returned to the examination committee, with a mention of the most important works and duties of the examination committee.
