Diyala Medical Center holds a scientific symposium on breast cancer

The Faculty of Medicine at the University of Diyala held a scientific symposium on breast cancer by the visiting professor Dr. Qasim Fadel Baqer, professor of general surgery in the United Kingdom and one of the members of the examination committee for the fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons.

The lecturer talked about the new developments in the treatment of breast tumors and the role of early diagnosis in the treatment of the disease. He also added the role of the culture of reviewing the doctor of this disease periodically, especially those who possess a genetic factor carrying genes of breast cancer.
