College of Medicine holds a scientific symposium entitled (Awareness about Nutritional Supplements and Vitamins) as well as Volunteer Campaigns

Under the auspices of the Dean of the college of Medicine, University of Diyala, Prof. Dr. Ismail Ibrahim Latif, faculty members of biochemistry department and students of the second stage organized a scientific symposium entitled (Awareness about nutritional supplements and vitamins) in College of Islamic Sciences on Thursday, 7/12/2023.

The campaign included introducing about the nutritional supplements, vitamins and the negative effects of excessive intake of supplements and vitamins without medical advice in addition to certain health guidelines and advice.

The Dean of the College of Islamic Sciences, Prof. Omar Abdullah Najm Al-Din, praised the great efforts made by the faculty members and students of the college of Medicine through its volunteer campaigns to contribute to increase health awareness among other students in our university
