University of Diyala and College of Medicine Achieve Distinctive Achievement by Entering the SJR World Ranking

Under the patronage of the President of the University of Diyala, Professor Tahseen Hussein Mubarak, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Medicine, Professor Ismail Ibrahim Latif, the College of Medicine at the University of Diyala extends its warmest congratulations to the esteemed university presidency and deanship of the college, as well as the chairman and editorial board members of the Diyala Medical Journal, on the occasion of achieving a distinguished academic achievement represented by the inclusion of the university’s name for the first time in the SJR World Ranking through its indexed journals, including the Journal of the College of Medicine, Diyala, in the Scopus database.
The Dean of the College of Medicine stated: “This achievement is the result of the great scientific efforts and tireless work made by the college’s deanship and editorial board to promote scientific research and raise the academic level of the college and university at the local and international levels. We look forward with enthusiasm to continued progress, especially in supporting the Diyala Medical Journal to achieve an advanced position within the first quartile (Q1) of the global rankings.”
